J7 WAS GOOD HOTEL TO STAYING
I liked the location...staff was very politely and kind...there is a swimming pool and a nice bar or club with a nice cocktails. There is a live music as well that I missed due to went out and back very tired. The beakfast and food was amazing...5 stars for that or from 1 to 10...I given 10.
I just have two issues...the first room when I was allocated...was water on the floor due to air con which on my opinion should be allocated by the entrance door to the room...promptly the staff moved me to another room...the other room just have one issue...the shower water do not coming hot...just cold and warmer.

What was the highlight of J7 Plaza Hotel
Due to the circumstances my stay was below expectations.
The Hotel looks good and clean. The front counter staff were excellent.
There was a sewerage smell around, its possibly caused by the brown out which lasted for 3 days or more. The breakfast is mainly Filipino. You need a taxi to go to the mall, but they are not that expensive to the Mall, only 50 pesos. I had to ask for towels twice which was disappointing.

What was the highlight of J7 Plaza Hotel
Staff was great, but not the cleanliness and facilities.
I love how the staff are very accommodating, and easy going. They easily solved the problem, and upgraded our room when there was no available one.
Although the room was big, it didn't meet our expectations. The floor was quite sticky because of the soap they used. The place wasn't clean enough as we could still see the dust in the corner of the bed and on the bed frame. When my partner used the sink, dark/black water came out and then white water. It surprised us, but we didn't bother to address it to the reception because it was 3am and we had a long day. Overall, the staff made it worth the stay because of how accommodating they are. We just hope that the facilities and cleanliness will improve.
